P. Pachuta Consulting offers tiered pricing based upon the level of effort your firm requires. Each tier receives the same general services except that commissioned sales are reserved for exclusively represented products & services. The selection of tier depends upon the level of product and/or business development consultation required and the number & location of the customers you wish to approach. In essence, the tier reflects the amount of time and attention that is to be invested on a monthly basis. Clients generally will move between tiers as their need for services changes.


We are paid a monthly retainer against an hourly fee in accordance with the tier plus a bonus negotiated at the time of engagement and paid upon the successful completion of the objective.  Retainers are non-refundable and do not carry forward from month to month. With the exception of Tier 1 customers for whom compensation is based upon commissions, there are no payments due after the sale. Once we have helped you to become established as a vendor to the customer we can either remain engaged to perform customer management services or you can replace us with your own team. Either way, you own the relationship.

TIER 1: Exclusive geographic representation. Commission-based. Minimum contract term.                                                                                                          
TIER 2: Non-exclusive, success-based representation. We keep our ears to the ground and develop leads as they arise. Bonuses are larger than under the other tiers.

TIER 3: Active regional business development activities including introductions to target customers, arranging and attending presentations, etc.

TIER 4: The same as Tier 3 except that the hourly rate is lower. For clients seeking more aggressive representation. Retainer purchases approx. 1/3rd of my time.

TIER 5: Lowest hourly billing rate, for clients desiring very aggressive representation. Retainer purchases approx. 3/4th  of my time.

EXPENSES: Expenses incurred in the pursuit of customer objectives are subject to reimbursement at cost. Budget guidelines will be established and limits established for customer prior approval. All expenses in excess of $25 will be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Personal automobile expenses are reimbursed at the IRS approved rate.
